Rachel Clemow in Thailand
My first real holiday in years! Being self-employed as a sports trainer made it difficult to take holidays. I couldn't afford to take time off because if I wasn't working, I wasn't earning! I loved my rock climbing, so I finally got to go on a climbing trip with a friend in Krabi, Thailand after being with Team Xcell International for only 5 months!

Fiona & Jerry Clayton-Law, Hawkes Bay NZ

Jerry calls himself a refugee from the corporate world. After 26 years of working in the wool and leather industry, in the UK, France, Ireland, Australia and finally settling in New Zealand, the Corporation closed down. Jerry built up a publishing company and also supported Fiona, his accountant wife who was working 16 hours a day, sometimes 6 days a week as her tax practice grew beyond manageability.

I joined Team Xcell International 6 ½ years ago after reading Fiona Clayton-Law’s book “What your Accountant Doesn’t Tell You” which totally changed my way of thinking. Previously my main business expertise had only been within the travel industry. Fiona said all you needed was to be passionate about what you were promoting and her passion was health and fitness. This was mine too and I thought I CAN DO THIS! I particuarly love spending time with the uplifting, positive, healthy people in Team Xcell who have also become very special friends.

Deborah & Andrew Kellet, Auckland NZ
Deborah is a chartered accountant, and husband Andrew is an editor.
After the arrival of Daniel (4 years) and Nicole (2), Deborah realised that while she enjoyed accounting work, and wanted to continue to practice accountancy for a small number of personal clients, she didn’t want to go back to a job and miss all those special moments with her children. Therefore, in the small amounts of time that are available with two toddlers and around the deadlines involved with running a tax practice from home, she has slowly built up their Team Xcell business.
Every week our business grows a little, both through our own efforts and the efforts of our team. We love the fact that we can earn more in our Team Xcell business than we can in either of our chosen careers. While we will both continue to work in the fields that we have chosen, it’s wonderful that this is our choice rather than a necessity. We’re really enjoying beginning to dream big again; after having years of fitting your dreams into the income from a job, it’s fun to think about what it is that you really want.

Working long hours in a corporate job and trying to build a retirement income was becoming very daunting until I was introduced to Team Xcell International in 2000. Initially skeptical about this type of business I joined because I trusted the two women who presented it to me. They were both professionals one an accountant (Fiona Clayton-Law) and the other a Doctor. (Monica Lewis) The investment to get started was small compared with the potential earnings of the business and the tremendous health benefits for my partner David and I and our family.
My lifestyle has changed dramatically and now I have the freedom (time and financial) to travel and visit my grown family two of whom live in the UK. Important for me is the chance to see my Grandchildren and spend time with them enjoying the milestones and being their “Gran”.
Team Xcell International is the best business decision I have ever made.
