Rachel Clemow & Johnson Mar, Auckland NZ

...
...
I (Rachel) previously owned a very successful nutrition & fitness consultancy business for 10 years, however I found myself frustrated with the long hours I worked and irregular income my business provided. Together with my partner Johnson we decided to start a business and join Team XCell entrepreneurs and we've never looked back!"
3 years ago prior to joining Team XCell we never thought the life we have now could be possible! But it is! We both get to be at home parents with our beautiful son Jian-Carlo (9 months old). Not only that we have what most people only dream of ... an income that keeps coming in whether we work or not!
We currently work our business online which has allowed us to travel (we are currently living in Venice, Italy for a year), and spend more time with our friends and family. Our health has never been better thanks to the wonderful lifestyle that the Team XCell business offers. What's even more wonderful is we get to help others have the same as what we have! A truly wonderful gift to be able to give!

My first real holiday in years! Being self-employed as a sports trainer made it difficult to take holidays. I couldn't afford to take time off because if I wasn't working, I wasn't earning! I loved my rock climbing, so I finally got to go on a climbing trip with a friend in Krabi, Thailand after being with Team Xcell International for only 5 months!

We have travelled with Team Xcell members to so many wonderful places! The grand canyon was one trip we made a couple of years ago with our team on the way to an international business convention.

Being with Team Xcell means having time for family - Fiona and her first grand daughter Hannah Sophie.
Fiona and Jerry with, son, Daniel and daughter-in-law, Kirsten, daughter, Tina and partner, Scott, and daughters Sarah and Pamela (Team Xcell has become a big part of our family).

Jerry calls himself a refugee from the corporate world. After 26 years of working in the wool and leather industry, in the UK, France, Ireland, Australia and finally settling in New Zealand, the Corporation closed down. Jerry built up a publishing company and also supported Fiona, his accountant wife who was working 16 hours a day, sometimes 6 days a week as her tax practice grew beyond manageability.
They both knew some big changes needed to be made in their lives, so along with their closest friends, they started Team Xcell International - helping people with their health and wealth.

Doing the usual OE thing - travelling lots, sightseeing & hanging out with friends!

I am currently working and living in London where I’ve been since April 2006. I can’t express how much the Team XCell business has helped me over the past year.
Back in New Zealand I have a sizable student loan which could potentially be sitting there accumulating interest. I am doing a number of trips across to Europe this year and hence don’t have much in the way of spare pounds to send back to NZ to pay back my loan. But that doesn’t matter in the slightest because, my busines income back in New Zealand is paying off my loan for me! When I return to New Zealand in a couple of years time my loan will be paid off in full. I’m not sure how many 23 year olds have that kind of scenario! I am so grateful at what Team XCell has done for me so far, it’s exciting looking toward the future and wondering what more it will help me achieve.

Sharon & Barry Middleton, Hastings NZ

Hi my name is Sharon Middleton. My husband Barry and I joined Team XCell International on Tuesday 29th of May 2007. As I write this just one short month later, I am thrilled to say we have felt a vast improvement in our health and energy levels not to mention seeing a huge change in our quality of life!
Before we joined Team XCell, life had been fairly... well boring, for want of a better word. We both work, I am a Primary School teacher and Barry currently works in the office for a small business, having previously worked most of his adult life in Government offices. I have been teaching for 25 years and mostly I have enjoyed it. I love the interaction with children but I don’t love the hours, the stress, the meetings or the feeling that my life is ruled by ‘bells’. Since starting our business we can both now see a future beyond our current employment. Our aim is to work our business part time to begin with and then eventually work it fulltime which will enable us to spend more time with our young daughter Helen (11 years) who is the joy and delight of our lives.
Unfortunately our family life has not always been a lot of fun, we have either had no time or always too tired. Due to work and money commitments we felt we were going nowhere fast. There seemed to be no light at the end of the tunnel till we discovered Team XCell! Now we can see a light which started as a pin prick but already in one short month it has grown to torch size. That light is rapidly going to become the size of a searchlight the way things are going! We are very new to being business owners but it is true, in this business you are FOR yourself but NOT by yourself. We have had an abundance of help from everyone we have met. They do this willingly and with friendship and I thank them all from the bottom of my heart.
Barry, Helen and I see only good things ahead for us now. We are a stronger family unit because of Team XCell, it came along at exactly the right time for us. We now see our life as one exciting chapter after another. Instead of just existing, we are thoroughly enjoying the fun, freedom, health and wealth that Team XCell has given us.

Greetings! My name is Véronique Rochecouste. I have been with Team Xcell for 2 & ½ years, after a chance comment to a fellow assistant on a firewalking course. I believe that being with Team Xcell can truly offer each entrepeneur the opportunity to live their DREAM. I joined Team Xcell to improve my health and develop the time to follow my passions; being with my family, working with young people, and travelling. I left full-time employment several weeks ago and now have the flexibility to be involved with numerous programmes that offer our young people opportunities to reach their potential. Team Xcell has given me a stronger belief in the beauty of each person and the unlimited potential that we each have. I am working on exploring and expressing MY potential, and you know what the greatest thing about Team Xcell is? As I let my light shine - I support and encourage others to do the same! How cool is that??!

Margot & John van Cingel, Tauranga NZ

Hi – I’m Margot van Cingel …. WOW, 4 amazing years with Team XCell International, and counting! My husband John, our 7 year old son Hugo & I have enjoyed such amazing advantages with the lifestyle that Team Xcell offers.
Team XCell has given us the opportunity to travel overseas as a family, as well as around New Zealand. It’s so lovely to watch Hugo’s enjoyment in the fabulous locations we can take him to because of our worldwide Team XCell team. I’ve just enjoyed 2 months in Malaysia & Singapore – I can highly recommend rest and relaxation on beautiful Pulau Tioman, off the East Coast of Malaysia. The three of us are going back there in October this year – watch for more photos!

It's wonderful to be able to build a business internationally with like-minded people!

Hi my name is Rosemary, I have only recently become part of Team XCell International. In the short time I've had my business, I have had tremendous support, encouragement and training from my sponsor/business partner Rachel! I have also found all the online training & presentations that are available - extremely helpful and this has enabled me to fit the business easily into my life on a part-time basis.
The Team XCell leaders are all so willing to help and support me to grow my business successfully. Thank you everyone!

Andree Sabourin, Auckland NZ

Team Xcell International - has given us quality time with our family!

Business partners - now special friends in our lives!
I joined Team Xcell International 6 ½ years ago after reading Fiona Clayton-Law’s book “What your Accountant Doesn’t Tell You” which totally changed my way of thinking. Previously my main business expertise had only been within the travel industry. Fiona said all you needed was to be passionate about what you were promoting and her passion was health and fitness. This was mine too and I thought I CAN DO THIS!
Now we are all enjoying wonderful lifestyle that the Team Xcell business offers. The decision we made to join 6 years ago has given me a lot of choices. I still work 4 days a week in the travel industry as I still love my job and love traveling and meeting interesting people, but now when I go to the UK or Europe or the USA or Australia on a work related trip I can extend my time there, have gorgeous experiences in Spas, shop and generally have a lovely time.

I particuarly love spending time with the uplifting, positive, healthy people in Team Xcell who have also become very special friends.

Although my current profession as a university lecturer provides me with an above-average salary, I realized that this was not going to be adequate enough to fund my retirement. This prospect completely frightened me. I want a better future! Not one where I have to re-use tea bags or where dreams of travel are limited to a walk around the neighbourhood park! A good friend shared Team Xcell International with me and it's totally enhanced my life. I am no longer worried about my financial future. However, the most important changes in my life have revolved around the people I've met within Team Xcell. Most of whom are genuinely warm and caring. They have enriched my life. By the way, those are a couple of pictures of me in a recent trip hiking in the Peruvian Andes!

Deborah & Andrew Kellet, Auckland NZ

Deborah is a chartered accountant, and husband Andrew is an editor.

After the arrival of Daniel (4 years) and Nicole (2), Deborah realised that while she enjoyed accounting work, and wanted to continue to practice accountancy for a small number of personal clients, she didn’t want to go back to a job and miss all those special moments with her children. Therefore, in the small amounts of time that are available with two toddlers and around the deadlines involved with running a tax practice from home, she has slowly built up their Team Xcell business.

Every week our business grows a little, both through our own efforts and the efforts of our team. We love the fact that we can earn more in our Team Xcell business than we can in either of our chosen careers. While we will both continue to work in the fields that we have chosen, it’s wonderful that this is our choice rather than a necessity. We’re really enjoying beginning to dream big again; after having years of fitting your dreams into the income from a job, it’s fun to think about what it is that you really want.

Mary Kennett, Auckland NZ

Working long hours in a corporate job and trying to build a retirement income was becoming very daunting until I was introduced to Team Xcell International in 2000. Initially skeptical about this type of business I joined because I trusted the two women who presented it to me. They were both professionals one an accountant (Fiona Clayton-Law) and the other a Doctor. (Monica Lewis) The investment to get started was small compared with the potential earnings of the business and the tremendous health benefits for my partner David and I and our family.

My lifestyle has changed dramatically and now I have the freedom (time and financial) to travel and visit my grown family two of whom live in the UK. Important for me is the chance to see my Grandchildren and spend time with them enjoying the milestones and being their “Gran”.

Team Xcell International is the best business decision I have ever made.

Christine Young, Wellington NZ

Was joining Team Xcell a great idea and am I still happy that I joined? Absolutely to both questions. There are so many benefits to being a member. I don’t want to have to work and be frugal all my life so that I can retire eventually at 65 on an income that just supports me. I want to live life to it’s fullest, see and do as much in my life as possible. I am a Mum to two beautiful boys and in addition to my Team Xcell business, I am an MYOB consultant which I love, however, I only earn income when I work. When I don’t work, I don’t earn income. So my income is limited by the amount of hours I work in a day. Therefore, I knew I had to find an alternative way to fund my lifestyle and that is where Team Xcell has become invaluable!
I am starting to see my business grow and I know that after spending time working with people in a large range of small businesses with my MYOB consultancy, this business beats the rest hands down.
